My collaboration with Tom Ford, an iconic luxury fashion label, centered around enhancing various aspects of their online presence to elevate the customer experience. Specifically, my focus encompassed refining their checkout process, optimizing search suggestions, implementing a comprehensive overhaul of mobile navigation, fine-tuning taxonomy, redesigning the homepage, and making strategic adjustments to the header and footer sections. It was a gratifying endeavor to work with Tom Ford, a brand synonymous with elegance and sophistication, to create a digital environment that mirrored their esteemed reputation and catered to the evolving needs of their discerning clientele.

For a brand as heavy on design as Tom Ford, working with their team was succinct. I’d send over designs according to their specs, and receive only minor adjustments. We worked asynchronously, often not hearing from their design team for a couple weeks. That flexibility meant they could continue operating the way they preferred to - on many different projects at once.
